We have a 30-day free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you purchase an item from and are not satisfied with it, you may return it for a full refund except Personal care product. This includes the cost of the item as well as the return shipping, if the return is a result of our error. There are no restrictions on returns. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our products.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

- When your return is approved, we will pick it up. If your return is approved, we will arrange to pick it up at the location and time you chose. Once we have received the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
